Home Staging

For homes that are already furnished: We will rearrange existing furnishings and provide additional decorative accessories for rent, as needed. Since every home is different, we like to see the home before we can give you an accurate price quotation.

For vacant homes: We will provide furniture and decorative accessories, arranging them for maximum appeal. Since every home is different, we like to see the home before we can give you an accurate price quotation. Staging fee includes set-up and take down of all furnishings plus a 30-day rental of furnishings. Price varies with the size and style of the home.

Staging Consultations

During your consultation, we will recommend upgrades and repairs, paint colors, decor and more, and leave you with a detailed list of suggestions to prepare your property for sale. $125 per hour.

Move-in Design Service

We can create a warm, inviting look in your new home too. We offer a unique move-in service - you unpack your boxes, and our professional decorators will arrange your furniture, hang your artwork and place your accessories. You will feel "at home" in no time. We can also help you design your new home with paint color recommendations, custom window treatments, flooring and more.

Speaking Engagements

For real estate professionals, Premiere Home Staging provides Home Staging or Interior Decorating workshops at our studio or in your office. Please contact us to discuss options that best suit your needs.
